New Septic System Installation

New Septic System Installation in Spartanburg

A new septic system is a full onsite wastewater treatment system: a watertight tank, a distribution box, and a soil absorption drainfield, all sized from your home and your soil. Olliestrolleydc designs and installs conventional gravity systems, aerobic treatment units, and engineered mounds across Spartanburg County, and every one is permitted through the county health department before we dig.

Why It Has to Be Permitted

An unpermitted install can be ordered dug up, and it will not pass at resale. The county reviews the site evaluation and perc test, approves the system type and drainfield size, then inspects the finished work before backfill. We handle that paperwork so your system is legal from day one. A 1,000 to 1,250 gallon concrete tank is common for a three bedroom home in the 29301 area.

Our Process

We start with a perc test and soil profile to read the water table, then design the system the code will approve and pull the permit. On install day we set the tank, plumb the D-box and Schedule 40 PVC, build the drainfield to the perc rate, and set risers with gasketed lids at grade. The health department inspects, and only then do we backfill.
